Work Type: Full Time
Responsible to perform cardiac ultrasound studies, to include 2D M-mode, color flow, pulsed Doppler and continuous wave Doppler on patients.
Graduate of a formal 2-4 year Echocardiography Program required
Must obtain BLS certification within 6 months from hire
ARDMS or CCI registry required within 6 months of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Stress Echocardiography, AV Optimization, Microcavitation Studies and Contrast Echocardiography preferred.
Working knowledge of Appropriate Use Criteria, Medical Necessity and associated frequency limitations based on clinical focus preferred.
