The Mohs Technician will be responsible to assist the Mohs surgeon during all Mohs surgery procedures and provide assistance with various healthcare services within the practice site.
(A) Graduate from a Histology Technician program (2 yr.) with an Associate Degree in anatomic laboratory science, or
(B) Graduate from an accredited Medical Assisting or LPN program required, or
(C) Six months related tissue processing experience required.
Pathology /tissue preparation experience, or 1 year of patient care experience as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or working in a lab setting in a dermatology/Mohs preferred.
