JOB SUMMARY:

The Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) acts an ambassador by performing a variety of integral activities to assist leadership and the care teams to meet departmental and organizational goals for patient satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required.

Two (2) years of experience in Patient Relations/Patient Experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Excellent customer service skills required.

Excellent organizational and follow through abilities required.

Ability to analyze data and facilitate action plan development and implementation required.

Good written and oral communication skills required.

Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization required.

Ability to communicate to bring about positive change required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Healthcare industry and hospital operations experience preferred.

Knowledge of patient satisfaction and patient experience preferred.

Knowledge of Patient Relations operations preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.
