JOB SUMMARY:

Reports to the President, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The Vice President, Operations has a diverse and exciting portfolio of administrative leadership responsibility and oversight for the following areas; Psychiatry, Penn State Cancer Institute, Radiation Oncology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Patient Experience. Acts as a strategic and operational lead, partnering with Department Chairs and Institute Directors to ensure stability, growth and financial success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Management or a related field.

10 or more years of demonstrated success in progressive roles in a complex healthcare environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in an Academic Medical Center

Experience working across the continuum of care from inpatient, outpatient and medical group perspectives
