We are looking for a proven professional skilled in Unified Communications technology that can troubleshoot UC issues on both the voice platform and the network infrastructure that supports it. This individual will possess superior skills in contact center topology design, presence configurations, UC third party integration, network infrastructure, voice related network troubleshooting, UC related support issues escalated by intermediate analysts and provide recommendations to management on risks and architecture.
Either: (a) Bachelor's degree plus four additional years of related experience or (b) eight years total of related experience.
Adheres to and exhibits our organizational core values as outlined by Penn State Health.
Preferred candidate will possess Avaya Unified Communications, Cisco infrastructure and Unified Communications certifications. They will have a proven background in supporting large Avaya Enterprise voice networks with over 10 years of professional level experience.
