Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


Responsible to manage the operations of the Student Health Center to include: scheduling, assuring there is provider coverage, check-in/checkout, resolve billing and insurance issues, process and monitor expenses, track immunizations, provide administrative support to the nurse and attending physician, and provide customer service in order to meet the needs of the students and their families.


Associates Degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of Medical Billing and Office Administration experience required.

Specialized skills to independently manage projects and carry out complex or sensitive/confidential assignments are required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse group of students and staff at various levels of the institution to include PSU, COM, and HMC staff are required.


Medical Office Associate certification and experience with Occupational Health Manager are preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Cadence, Eclipsys, PowerChart is preferred.
