Penn State Health is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Supervisor, Audiology!
The Penn State Health department of Audiology provides a complete range of audiological assessments and habilitation/rehabilitation services with patients ranging in age from infants to elders.
This position would be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and supervision in the operations of Audiology to include supervision of staff, staffing schedules and day-to-day planning of the delivery of patient care. In addition, this position will treat patients, mentor staff, provide input into the annual budget, and develop programs to improve the delivery of patient care.
As a leader critical to the success of the department, the Audiology Supervisor would be expected to foster a collaborative environment where staff members are provided with strong opportunities for continued learning and development.

PA License required prior to start date.
Three (3) years clinical patient care experience
