Faculty Cardiac Electrophysiologist

The Penn State Health Heart and Vascular Institute (PSHHVI) is recruiting a full-time faculty cardiac electrophysiologist to join an established, internationally recognized EP Program. This electrophysiologist will work in collaboration with a team of other cardiologists, and 5 other cardiac electrophysiologists and advanced practice providers to provide care to patients across the continuum. Appropriate candidates will have completed a residency in Internal Medicine and additional sub-specialty fellowship in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
As faculty members employed by Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, candidates will be involved in clinical, teaching (medical students, residents, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellows), and research activities. Successful candidates will have a keen enthusiasm for teaching and working in a team to provide excellent care. The level of faculty appointment and salary will be commensurate with experience and training.
Candidates with appropriate qualifications may be considered for tenure track.
Medical degree - M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent
Completion of an accredited fellowship program
Eligible for licensure for the practice of medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology
