JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing general/routine secretarial support duties. Works within defined practices and procedures, some judgement is required to select and apply the most appropriate guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1 year of related experience required.

Intermediate computer skills with office software including data entry required.

Composition of routine correspondence required.

Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Must maintain high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Microsoft Proficiency level: Word: Basic; Excel: Basic; PowerPoint: Basic.

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS*:

Able to sit constantly; stand occasionally; walk frequently.

Able to lift 0-10 lbs. constantly; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to carry 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to push 0-10 lbs. constantly; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to pull 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to reach constantly.

Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
