JOB SUMMARY:

The RN, Manager of Pediatric Clinical Case Management will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Pediatric Clinical Case Management for Penn State Health Medical Group. The Clinical Case Manager, RN will manage the daily operations of Pediatric Clinical Case Management as pediatric patients move through the continuum of care. Provide overall hiring, training, clinical supervision and management responsibility for Pediatric Clinical Case Management staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Nursing required.

5 years clinical experience required.

Progressive leadership experience required.

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
