Under the direction of the Director, provides leadership and oversight of clinical research project(s) with an emphasis on managing the day to day operations of the assigned clinical research staff (i.e. Clinical Research Nurse, Study Coordinators, and Data Managers). Interface with multiple levels of the organization and external entities to provide continuous improvement and goals within the research department. Responsible to keep current with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) as well as local and federal regulations covering clinical trials.


Bachelors degree required

5 years of experience in clinical trials research required, with at least 2 years of leadership experience

SOCRA or ACRP certification required


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to track and analize metric data

Excellent communication skills


Bachelor's Degree in life sciences preferred

RN preferred

Master's degree preferred

Oncology experience preferred
