Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
50% of the time, responsible to serve as the primary HR Solution Center resource to employees; providing timely, efficient, high quality customer care and service excellence. Provide solutions, interpretations and guidance related to general questions and concerns about benefits, recruitment, HR policies and HR systems. Use established systems and processes to document inquiries and resolution according to standards with attention to style, tone and manner of communication. Refer complex questions and issues to Tier 2 HR Functional Specialists for research and troubleshooting.
50% of the time, responsible to provide data and records support to the Human Resources department with a commitment to service delivery excellence. Perform a variety of transactional requests within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position will provide tier 1 customer support for any inquiries related to the HR system, Infor. As a data steward, responsible for transmission, retention and maintenance of employee information in a confidential and secure manner.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Bachelors degree with 6 months of Human Resources experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Proficiency in all PC desktop tools and Intranet technology required
Exceptional customer service skills required
Excellent communication & problem solving skills required
Attentive listening skills in order to ask questions to aid in problem solving and issue escalation required
Must be proactive and service minded oriented with keen attention to details.
Prior experience working with HR data, files, systems required.
Call Center experience preferred
Knowledge of Call Tracking software preferred
