JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to provide frontline leadership for the daily operations of the PSHVI Access Center, serving as a primary back up for the Coordinator of Access. Support the Access staff with guidance in day to day questions and scheduling concerns. Provide coaching and training of staff, schedules and template maintenance for all PSHVI schedules, and input into new processes. Assist with the interview process, staff scheduling, and disciplinary issues as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required.

3 years of relevant experience required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Good time management skills required.

Medical Terminology preferred.

Knowledge of Centricity, Cerner, Eclipsys, Filemaker and GroupWise systems preferred.
