Responsible for planning and coordinating the provider requirements necessary to meet the needs of clinical services administered by the physicians, fellows, resident physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to staff all shifts and locations.
This position regulates, administers, creates, and manages the QGenda scheduling system for all 10 Family Medicine Practice Sites and the FCM Inpatient Team. Additionally, this position is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and regulation of the FCM resident precepting schedules for Nyes Road and Fishburn Road, in addition to the 24/7 OB Service and Outpatient Call Schedule.
Either (A) Associates Degree in business or healthcare field plus 2 years job related experience OR (B) 4 years job related experience required.
Clinical staffing/scheduling experience required.

Excellent organizational and customer service skills required.
Excellent computer, project management and analytical skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Able to analyze situations and resolve issues within departmental guidelines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality required.
Experience in a medical or hospital setting preferred.
Management/supervisory experience preferred.
Database experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Experience using QGenda Software preferred.
