Responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of research orientation and ongoing education programs and specialized courses for all levels of Penn State Hershey Medical Center (PSHMC) Clinical Trials Office personnel. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of investigational drugs, devices and federal regulations governing clinical research practice. Serve as a positive change agent to initiate and support progress toward and the achievement of organizational strategic research related goals.


Graduate degree is required. Baccalaurate may substituted if candidate has greater than 8 years experience in clinical research

5 years clinical research experience required

Research Certification (ACRP or SoCRA) required

Previous education and training experience required


Attention to detail

Communication including excellent presentation and writing skills

Profocient in Microsoft applications


RN preferred

Oncology experience preferred
