PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY – NYES ROAD
Location : 121 N. Nyes Road, Suite D, Harrisburg PA
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Pediatric Cardiology clinic on Nyes Road in Harrisburg, you have the chance to work alongside a group of board-certified pediatric cardiologists, physicians & certified nurse practitioners who treat and manage heart problems in children. The Nyes Rd clinic also serves the general pediatric population from newborn to 18 years. Our providers see acute (sick) patients and well child checks. This fast paced clinic offers opportunities to learn immunizations, lab testing and minor procedures. At this practice site you will work alongside a collaborative team of 6+ nursing professionals and 15+ providers in an out-patient work environment. We offer a flexible schedule, positive team environment, and opportunities for continued learning. - High School diploma required.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the state - of PA or eligible for licensure in PA required.
- BLS required.
- One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Able to stand & sit constantly; walk frequently.
- Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs. frequently; 21-75 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.
- Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
