The Scheduler I serves each patient with the highest quality scheduling experience in every interaction every day, and also serves our internal customers in medical group practices in at least one medical specialty with the possibility of multiple sites. This work is sustained by being in place at the right time and with full use of robust training and resources to handle the workload at the service level and with quality, efficiency and innovation. The Scheduler I ideally strives for continued training and development to optimally serve each caller. This position is the entry level to a multi-phase career ladder within the call center.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
Completion of career ladder activities for Scheduler I within 6 months, to include passage of competency exams, satisfactory complete of all training modules, and achievement/sustainment of individual performance measures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Good written and oral communication skills required.
1 year of working in a Call Center environment preferred.
Experience with Word processing or previous scheduling system preferred.
