Provides front office support to clinical operations. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answers phone calls and provides assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Acts as a resource/lead to other front office staff. Works under the daily supervision of the Medical Office Supervisor and/or assigned staff.


High School diploma or equivalent required.

One (1) year of Medical Office related experience required.

Must have current HMC MOA Certification or obtain MOA Certification within three (3) months of hire.


Basic computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and patients.

Ability to solve problems, or seek assistance from supervisor when necessary.


Associates degree preferred.
